London, Jan 25 (IANS) A US teenager found herself in big trouble after repeatedly texting a policeman asking him to buy drugs from her.

Lorraine Apuzzo, 19, of Storrs in Connecticut, allegedly offered the police officer 200 Percocet pills without realising who he was. She allegedly carried on exchanging messages with the officer and then arrived at a shopping centre with an accomplice, where she was arrested, the Daily Mail reported.
Percocet is a prescription drug usually used to relieve pain but can become highly addictive.
“The drug dealer thought they’d sent it to someone else,” Meriden Detective Lt. Mark Walerysiak said.
Apuzzo was arrested after police organised an undercover operation and met her at a Mall.
