Kabul, July 8 (IANS) Fourteen civilians died in a twin bomb attack in Afghanistan Sunday, police said.

Two roadside bombs hit a tractor and a mini-truck around 8.00 a.m. in Arghistan district of Kandahar province, 450 km from Kabul, Xinhua reported.
Fourteen died and three others were injured, provincial police chief Abdul Razeq said. He blamed the Taliban for the attack.
