Beijing, March 31 (IANS) Three cases of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza have been detected in China, and two of the victims died, Xinhua reported Sunday.
The incidents took place in Shanghai and Anhui province. One person was in critical condition, the National Health and Family Planning Commission said.
