New York, June 29 (IANS) Emma Watson is set to star in her musician boyfriend George Craig’s band’s new music video as a dog.
The new song of the One Night Only band is titled ‘Say you don’t want it’ and in its video, Watson and Craig are shown being chased out of shops, running around the streets of New York, holding hands and dancing. At one point, when Watson is tossed a pretzel from a street vendor, Craig licks her face.
When the duo looks in the mirror towards the end of the video, it is revealed that Watson is a fancy pure-bred dog lost in the city, while her boyfriend is a city-wise mutt.
Just as the two are about to kiss, Watson’s owner drives up and takes her away. Craig’s canine alter ego looks on sadly as his girlfriend is driven away, reports nydailynews.com.
‘It’s kind of an ode to ‘Lady and the Tramp’. George is Tramp and I’m Lady,’ said Watson who caused a paparazzi frenzy with her boyfriend at the Glastonbury Music Festival weekend.
She reveals she and Craig share a love for music.
‘When I was in the States, George was taking me through a lot of his music as he was recording it. I couldn’t believe (how good the music was). I’m a big fan. Everything he did was amazing,’ Watson said.
