New Delhi, May 29 (IANS) Delhi saw pleasant weather Saturday morning and the met office said there was a possibility of a thunderstorm by evening.
The minimum temperature was a notch above average at 29.1 degrees Celsius.
‘The skies will remain clear today (Saturday) and there is a possibility of a thunderstorm towards the evening. The maximum temperature will hover around 40 degrees Celsius,’ said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The humidity level was recorded at 35 percent in the morning.
On Friday, the minimum temperature was 28.8 degrees and the maximum was 37.7 degrees — a relief from the past few weeks of high mercury levels and scorching heat.
