Ranchi, Jun 3 (IANS) At least 750 live INSAS rifle cartridges were found in a polythene bag from a pond in Jharkhand’s Dhanbad district Thursday, police said.
‘Around 750 live cartridges of INSAS rifle were found from a pond in Changi Pahari village. The bullets were in a polythene bag which was found by children while bathing in the pond,’ Superintendent of Police Suman Gupta told reporters.
‘The bullets seem to be have hidden by the Maoist rebels,’ the officer said.
