Galle (Sri Lanka), July 21 (IANS) India were struggling to save the first cricket Test as they were reduced to 181 for five, following on, and still trailed Sri Lanka by 63 runs at the end of the fourth day’s play in the first Test at the Galle International Stadium here Wednesday.
V.V.S. Laxman was batting on nine and Yuvraj Singh (5) was the last wicket to fall as play was called-off due to poor light. India were bowled out for 276 in their first innings in reply to Sri Lanka’s 520 for eight declared.
