New Delhi, Oct 1 (IANS) A bright and sunny morning greeted residents of the Indian capital Friday with weather officials predicting a dry spell in the coming days.
Delhi recorded a minimum of 23.3 degrees Celsius, a notch above the normal.
‘Skies will remain clear during the day with the maximum temperature expected to hover around 34 degrees,’ an India Meteorological Department official said.
The capital witnessed one of its wettest monsoons this year. The rainfall received so far crossed 1,031.5 mm – around 56 percent above the seasonal average.
