Gurgaon, Dec 7 (IANS) A 25-year-old school teacher was killed when a bus rammed into the two-wheeler she was driving here Tuesday morning, police said.
Identified only as Bhawna, the victim was on her way to school when the accident took place.
‘Bhawna was a teacher at Rotary Public School. She was going to school on her two-wheeler when she was hit by a bus at the Signature Tower crossing at the expressway at about 8 a.m.,’ a police officer said.
Bhawna was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors pronounced her dead.
‘The body has been sent for post-mortem examination and the report is awaited. Her famly has been informed,’ the officer said.
The bus driver has not yet been caught but the police has registered a case of causing death due to rash and negligent driving.
