Mishra not concerned about Neil’s acting in ‘Tera Kya…’

Filmmaker Sudhir Mishra is not bothered about amateur streaks in Neil Nitin Mukesh’s performance in his ‘Tera Kya Hoga Johnny’ as the movie, apparently Neil’s second, is being released after much delay.

‘He is wonderful in the movie. There can’t be anything amateur in his acting. In any case I have a reputation for making actor’s work. So people won’t feel the difference,’ Mishra told IANS.

Faruk Kabir not keen on acting

He might have made his debut as both director and actor in Sharman Joshi-starrer ‘Allah Kay Banday’, but Faruk Kabir is now more keen on wielding the megaphone.

‘Acting happened at the very last minute (in ‘Allah Kay Banday’). So I have no clue about acting in the future. It all depends upon god’s will. I am just doing my job and the fruits will follow,’ Kabir told IANS.

The one-timer is now going to direct producer Sanjay Khan’s ‘Welcome To The Jungle’.

Manoj Bajpayee laments being underpaid in Telugu films

National award winning actor Manoj Bajpayee, who also does Telugu films apart from his power-packed performances in Bollywood, says he doesn’t get paid enough down south considering his efforts.

‘I have done three-four Telugu films. Some of them are successful in Andhra Pradesh and have created quite a ripple there. But each and every penny that I charge working in those films is actually less as compared to the hard work it demands from me,’ Manoj told IANS.

‘It is not that I murmur those (Telugu) lines. I mug them up and I rehearse and rehearse. It is a very tedious job. They should understand that,’ added the actor, whose last Telugu hit was ‘Komaram Puli’.
