Mumbai, March 30 (IANS) As people escaped offices and cancelled appointments to be glued in front of their TV sets to witness the high-voltage India-Pakistan World Cup semifinal clash, let’s check out what the Bollywood brigade was doing as the mother of all matches was on.

Shabana Azmi: ‘We had a cricket party at home with crazy enthusiasts rooting for India to win. I was hovering around serving food because even the staff are cricket enthusiasts and I seemed to be the only one who didn’t understand the game. After much screaming and shouting and whistling, the party simmered down.’
