Islamabad, May 1 (IANS) Prices of petroleum products have been raised in Pakistan.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) hiked petrol prices from Rs.83.56 to Rs.88.41 per litre and kerosene prices from Rs.84.10 to Rs. 89.70 a litre, Geo News reported.
The price of high speed diesel went up Rs.4.42 a litre.
The new prices are likely to fuel transportation cost of all goods across the country.
The price of High Octane Blending Component (HOBC) has surged by Rs.1.80 per litre, from Rs.98.12 to Rs.99.92 per litre. The price of light diesel has been increased from Rs.78.98 to Rs.88.30 per litre.
