New Delhi, Oct 1 (IANS) It was a hot and sunny Saturday for Delhi residents with clear skies and the maximum temperature settling a notch above average. The Met office has forecast similar weather for Sunday.
The maximum temperature Saturday was 34.5 degrees Celsius, a notch above the average, while the minimum was recorded at 23.4 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season, an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The maximum and minimum humidity was 73 and 45 percent respectively.
Sunday will be a hot day too with the IMD forecasting clear skies and the maximum and minimum temperatures hovering around 34 and 23 degrees Celsius.
Friday’s maximum and minimum temperatures were 34.7 and 22.7 degrees Celsius.
