Islamabad, July 14 (IANS) A man in Pakistan’s Punjab province has been arrested for burying his day-old daughter alive over her ‘ugly’ face, Geo News reported.
Police arrested Chand Khan after he buried his new-born daughter because doctors refused to administer a poisonous injection to her, Geo News reported Saturday.
The incident occurred in the province’s Khanewal area.
A case has been registered against him.
