Mumbai, July 23 (Inditop.com) A special court in Mumbai hearing the Mumbai terror attack case Thursday accepted on record the “confession” made by Mohammed Ajmal Amir alias Kasab, the lone gunman captured alive during the November 2008 carnage.

Special Judge M.L. Tahilyani also ruled that the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks trial will continue as usual.

So far, the prosecution has examined 134 witnesses in the case and around 15 more remain to be examined, Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam told the media this afternoon.

Kasab, the main accused in the Mumbai terror attacks, Monday confessed to his role, admitted he was a Pakistani and narrated in chilling detail the events leading to the killing spree that left 180 people dead in the boldest terror assault India has seen.
