Beijing, April 20 (IANS) Seven persons were killed in a road accident in China’s Hunan province Sunday, police said.
A sport utility vehicle (SUV) crashed through the central barrier and collided head-on with a truck on a section of the Jinggang’ao Expressway that links Beijing, Hong Kong and Macao, Xinhua reported.
The two vehicles then burst into flames, killing five people in the SUV and two in the truck.
Local traffic police are investigating.
