Paris, May 5 (IANS) Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Swedish forward for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), is looking to become the club’s all-time top goal-scorer as he has the chance to surpass the record set by former Portuguese striker Pedro Pauleta for the French side.
Ibrahimovic said this would be one of his objectives before the season ends, which still has three rounds remaining in Ligue 1 and the Coupe de France final match, reports Efe.
Ibrahimovic has scored 104 goals so far in all his tournaments with PSG since he joined in 2012, compared to the 109 goals scored by Pauleta between 2003 and 2008.
The Swedish striker has earned 127 caps with the Parisian club, reaching an average score of 0.818 goals per game, versus 0.516 for Pauleta, who played 211 games.
