New Delhi, May 14 (IANS) The national capital experienced a sunny Thursday and the maximum temperature settling three notches below the season’s average at 35.8 degrees Celsius. Similar weather is expected on Friday, the Met Office said.
“The sky will remain partly cloudy tomorrow (Friday),” an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 37 and 23 degrees Celsius.
Thursday’s minimum temperature was recorded at 22 degrees Celsius – three notches below the season’s average.
The day’s maximum humidity was recorded at 81 percent.
Wednesday’s maximum temperature was recorded at 35.9 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season’s average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 27.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average.
