Mumbai: Software firm 3i Infotech Wednesday said it will raise over Rs.317.81 crore through the issue of equity shares on institutional placement basis.
The board of directors of the company have approved the issuance of up to 37.5 million equity shares at Rs.84.75 per share, to generate Rs.317.81 crore, 3i Infotech said in a regulatory statement.
