Chennai: The District Court of Columbia has denied the US-based Wyeth Lab’s motion for temporary restraining order against Chennai’s Orchid Pharmaceuticals to sell the generic versions of two anti-infective injections, the Indian company said in a regulatory statement.
Wyeth had objected to the US Food and Drug Administration’s (USFDA) decision to grant Orchid permission to sell the generic versions of Piperacillin and Tazobactam injections in the US.
