New Delhi, May 5 (Inditop.com) Greendot Health Foods Wednesday launched its tortilla (popularly known as Nachos) chips range — “Cornitos” — with plans to distribute initially in the northern parts of the country.
Cornitos will be priced at Rs.10 for a 30 gm pack and Rs.25 for a 75 gm pack and come in five flavours — Tomato Mexicana, Lime ‘n’ Mint, Classic Salt, Nacho Cheese and Tangy Masala.
“The chips are cooked in 100 percent pure corn oil and contain zero gram transfat. The corn is of a special type which is sourced from our own farms and is abundant in milk protein,” said director of marketing Vikram Agarwal.
The company will soon increase the distribution of Cornitos to other parts of the country, adding more flavours. It also plans to introduce other options in the healthy snacks category.
“We are also in the process of tying up with big organised retail chains. During the course of the year or so, we will introduce more products in the health snacks category.”
