Mumbai, July 9 (Inditop.com) Indian equities markets were trading volatile Thursday even as a key index pulled back into the green to trade 66 points above its last closing figure.

At 2.36 p.m., the 30-scrip benchmark index of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the Sensex, which opened at 13,796.19 points, was ruling 66.12 points or 0.48 percent up at 13,835.27 points.

Around the same time, the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was also ruling 0.58 percent higher at 4,102.55 points.

Broader market indices were also trading in the green, with the BSE midcap index up 1.13 percent and the BSE smallcap index trading 0.44 percent higher.
