Mumbai, May 9 (IANS) Tata Group firm Titan on Saturday announced top level management changes with the appointment of a new chief executive for its watches and accessories division from July 1, 2015.
According to the company, S.Ravi Kant will take over from the incumbent chief executive of watches and accessories division H.G. Raghunath, when he retires on June 30, 2015.
“Following the company’s philosophy of growing its own timber, his (Raghunath) successor is from within the company,” the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in a regulatory filing.
“Kant, currently CEO (chief executive officer) of the eyewear division will take over as the CEO of the watches and accessories division from July 1, 2015,” the filing said.
The company added that Ronnie Talati, currently chief marketing officer of the watches and accessories division will take over from Kant as CEO of the eyewear division from July 1, 2015.
