New Delhi, Jan 28 (Inditop.com) A Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) constable deployed at the Vigyan Bhavan Thursday took his life after shooting himself for reasons yet to be known, police said.
K.P. Muthu hailed from Tuticorn in Tamil Nadu. He was posted at the Vigyan Bhavan and took his life around 2.30 p.m.
“No suicide note was recovered from him. We are informed that he had returned to Delhi three days ago. He had taken 21 days’ leave for his engagement. But we are not sure whether his engagement took place or not,” said a police officer.
“We are speaking to his colleagues and his family is being informed,” the officer added.
