New Delhi, Nov 12 (Inditop.com) Four men were charred to death when a fire broke out in their home in west Delhi early Thursday.
The incident took place around 4.40 a.m. in Rampura area, police said. All the four were from Bihar and had been in the capital for several months.
The deceased have been identified as Jafir (22), Mohammed Izaz (20), Naseem (19) and Shafa Kareem (19).
