It is generally not the case where Bollywood actors want their kids to watch their movies due to some or the other reason, but Kajol on the other hand is someone who wants her kids to watch her upcoming movie Dilwale. Kajol has a daughter Nyasa and a son Yug. The actress said, “I will definitely take them to watch the movie. Yug is too small to sit in a place for a long time. He will surely get bored, but will try to make them watch ‘Dilwale‘.”
The actress who last shared the screen with Shah Rukh Khan in ‘My Name Is Khan’ is back again with the actress to get Bollywood’s best couple back again up and running. Kajol revealed to the media that the movie required a lot of outdoor shots and that meant she was to stay away from the kids and hence she was a bit hesitant and reluctant to do the role but her daughter convinced her otherwise.
“I told my daughter it is going to be a tough time for them, as I am not going to be around for a long time. Nysa replied nicely, saying that just because I love her that doesn’t mean I can’t love anything else,” she said and added, “I was so emotional with her reply. I was in tears just like a typical mother, but so pleased that my children made me feel to do those things that I love to do.”
Preparing for Dilwale after such a huge gap and the pregnancy sure would have had been difficult for the actress; and when asked about it, she shrugged it off pretty casually saying that she did not have to “work much”.
“I didn’t have to work much for doing ‘Dilwale‘, but yes, I stressed on a healthy lifestyle for 6 months before starting to work in the movie. I am very health conscious and disciplined. I like to go to the gym, like to have proper diet. Now I am happy with the way I am looking,” she said.
Dilwale not only gets back SRK and Kajol together but also features a plethora of actors like Varun Dhawan, Varun Sharma, Johnny Lever, Kriti Sanon, Sanjay Mishra and Boman Irani. The film will be hitting the theatres near you on 18th of December along with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani.
