London, Jan 3 (Inditop.com) Ekaterina Ivanova, also known as Katia, says that she split from Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood because she was unable to stand the constant bullying he subjected her to, reports The Sun.

She says that after she decided to stay away from him, he bombarded her with late-night calls and she agreed to meet him in an Indian restaurant near their rented mansion in Claygate, Surrey.

From the moment she arrived, Katia realised he hadn’t changed – as Wood, 62, ignored her and sat drunkenly, flirting with a group of women. When Katia, 21, walked out, he followed her.

“He grabbed my bag and said, ‘You’re not going anywhere, you’re coming with me’. He pulled my arm so I fell over and he was dragging me down the street. I sat on someone’s doorstep saying, ‘Leave me alone, don’t touch me’.

“He stood over me saying, ‘You stupid f***ing bitch’. Then he slapped me, hard. I burst into tears. I was in total shock. He stood over me and said, ‘Ha ha, you’re crying, you stupid bitch.'” she told thesun.co.uk.

Then Ronnie grabbed Katia by the coat collar and dragged her along on her back, bellowing: “You’re coming home with me.”

Katia said: “The coat was really tight around my neck and I was choking, making gurgling sounds.”

Ronnie let go and Katia felt her head crack on to the pavement and then he pushed Katia against a wall with his hands round her throat, snarling: “You’re dead, you’re dead.”

Unbelievably, passers-by did not intervene. But hearing her screams, a couple came out of their house and pulled Katia up as Ronnie slunk away.

They took her inside and called police.

“Ronnie texted me to say, ‘You f***ing bitch, you better not have called the police’ and I felt really guilty,” she told thesun.co.uk.

Police took Katia home and asked her to wait in the car while they led Ronnie from the house and took him to Staines police station.

“I never thought he was capable of what he did, but his eyes just weren’t his own that night, they were crazy. So who knows what he would have been capable of – he could have killed me, maybe,” she said.
