Scottish rockers THE VIEW have been hit by the global economic downturn – they have decided to produce their next album themselves to save money.
The Same Jeans hitmakers are about to start work on their next record, but the ongoing recession means their budget has been slashed.
The rockers have opted to take a risk by heading into the recording studio alone, to put the album together without any help – and they have vowed to curb their rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle to help them concentrate.
Frontman Kyle Falconer, says, “We’re going to produce our next album to save money. A producer is so f**king expensive.
“To get our heads in the right frame we’ve cut down on what we’re drinking.”
