New Delhi, Dec 14 (IANS) It was a bright and pleasant day in Delhi Tuesday with a slight nip in the air. Similar weather is expected for the rest of the week, the weather office said.
The maximum temperature was at 23.2 degrees Celsius, a notch below average for this time of the season, and the minimum settled at 6.3 degrees, two notches below average.
According to an official of the India Meteorological Department, Wednesday will see shallow fog early morning.
‘The cold winds will cause the temperatures to dip in the evening and the maximum and minimum temperatures will hover around 22 and 7 degrees Celsius respectively,’ he said.
