New Delhi, Oct 20 (IANS) A 19-year-old newspaper hawker who took to robbery fulfill his alcoholism and drug addiction, was arrested with three others, police said Saturday.
Rahul alias Roshan was arrested Oct 15 from south Dehli’s Lado Sarai area for his alleged involvement in several robbery cases.
“On Rahul’s instance his associates Saurabh Sharma, 20, and two other juveniles were arrested from in south Delhi till Friday evening. Around 16 expensive mobiles were recovered from them,” said a police officer.
The accused stole mobile phones and loptops from houses.
“Rahul used to mingle with locals and robbed houses usually in the morning hours,” said the officer.
