New Dehli, April 1 (IANS) A 40-year-old man, returning from a pilgrimage, died while seven others were injured after a speeding vehicle hit them in north Delhi early Sunday, said police.
Shashi died on the spot in the accident near Madhuban Chowk underpass in Rani Bagh area around 4.50 a.m.
All the victims, who were returning from a pilgrimage, belong to north Delhi’s Sultanpuri area.
They were walking on the road as the vehicle they were travelling in had a minor accident.
