New Delhi, July 7 (IANS) Union Home Secretary G.K. Pillai is Wednesday visiting Srinagar, where the army was called out for a flag march following widespread violence that led to the death of four people the previous day.
‘The home secretary is leaving for Kashmir. He will take stake of the situation there,’ an official told IANS.
