New Delhi, Aug 14 (IANS) Delhiites woke up to a muggy morning Saturday with the weather office predicting rains during the day.
‘The skies will remain cloudy but some parts of the city are expected to get one or two spells of rainfall or thundershowers,’ said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Delhi reported a minimum temperature of 26 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season, while the maximum is expected to hover around 34 degrees.
The maximum and minimum humidity levels was between 95 percent and 59 percent respectively.
Delhi was lashed with heavy rainfall Friday evening and the capital recorded 20.5 mm rainfall since Friday morning.
The total recorded rainfall for this season till Saturday morning was 382.9 mm.
