New Delhi, Dec 29 (IANS) It was a sunny but cold Saturday with the maximum temperature recorded a notch above average at 21.8 degrees. The met department has similar weather Sunday.
The minimum temperature was 8.5 degrees – also a notch above average.
Shallow fog enveloped the capital in morning reducing the visibility to 800 meters at 8.30 a.m.
“There will be fog on Sunday morning but the sky will get clear in the day,” said an official of India Meteorological Department.
The maximum and minimum temperatures Sunday are likely to hover around 20 and 8 degrees respectively.
