New Delhi, Jan 26 (IANS) A bright, sunny day greeted Delhiites Wednesday on the occasion of India’s 62nd Republic Day.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 7.2 degrees Celsius, a notch below average for this time of the season, while the maximum was at 22.6 degrees, one degree above average, according to an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official.
Thursday’s maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be around 23 degrees and 7 degrees Celsius respectively, the weather office said.
Slight mist is also likely in the morning, with partly cloudy sky later in the day, the official said.
