New Delhi, Dec 29 (IANS) Delhi Metro Saturday shut down 10 stations in the heart of the capital on a request from police who fear mass protests following the death of the gang-rape victim in Singapore.
A Delhi Metro official said the stations were closed at 7.40 a.m., about five hours after the young woman died in Singapore, until further notice.
