New Delhi, Feb 28 (IANS) With bright sunshine and clear skies, it was a warm day in Delhi Tuesday as the maximum temperature settled a notch above average at 26.4 degrees Celsius.

The day’s minimum temperature was 12.5 degrees, a notch above average.
The humidity levels wavered between a high and low of 73 and 36 percent, respectively.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), similar weather is in store Wednesday and Delhi residents can expect clear and sunny skies.

“The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover round 27 and 11 degrees Celsius,” the IMD official added.
Mondays’ maximum temperature was recorded at 25 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year, while the minimum was two notches below average at 10.3 degrees.
