Lucknow, July 30 (IANS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will hold a two-day brain storming session in Agra Aug 5-6, a party leader said Sunday.
Laxmikant Bajpayi, state BJP president, said: “We will take stock of our mistakes in the past and make a road map for victory in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls.”
He said that more than 128 leaders would be participating in the meeting – ‘Chintan Baithak’ – and discuss the reasons for the party’s poor show in the Uttar Pradesh assembly polls earlier this year.
The meeting, to be held at the Agrasen Bhawan in Agra, will be attended by BJP national president Nitin Gadkari, former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Rajnath Singh, former human resource development minister and Varanasi MP Murli Manohar Joshi, and former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Uma Bharti, he said.
