New Delhi, July 13 (IANS) The national capital experienced a pleasant Monday as the sky remained partly cloudy and the maximum temperature two notches below the season’s average at 33.7 degrees Celsius. Similar weather is expected in the city on Tuesday, the Met Office said.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), on Tuesday, the sky will remain partly cloudy and the maximum and minimum temperatures will hover around 35 and 24 degrees.
Monday morning was overcast and pleasant as the minimum temperature settled at 23.3 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season’s average.
The day’s maximum humidity was recorded at 95 percent.
Sunday’s maximum temperature settled two notches below the season’s average at 26 degrees Celsius, while the minimum settled four notches below the season’s average at 23 degrees Celsius.
