Shimla, Jan 1 (Inditop.com) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal Friday launched e-Samadhan (grievance monitoring system) at his official residence here for speedy disposal of public grievances.
Dhumal told reporters that the common man visiting him for redressal of grievances would be able to monitor the status of the request submitted online.
He said redressal of public grievances has been accorded top priority by every government department.
“A timeframe has been fixed for each type of grievance or demand and the authority concerned made accountable to deliver services,” the chief minister said.
e-Samadhan is a bilingual citizen-centric web-enabled and work-flow based software designed for quick disposal of public grievances.
