New Delhi, June 2 (IANS) Delhi University’s online registration for undergraduate admissions entered its sixth day on Tuesday, and the university received over 1.8 lakh applications.

Until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, the university received a total of 1,81,093 applications, of which 98,617 candidates have already deposited their fees.
Since the online admission process began on May 28, the university has received 65,805 applications in the general category, 21,181 under OBC, 9,574 under SC, 1,859 under ST and 209 in Persons With Disability (PWD) category, a university official said.
The online process will continue till June 15, and the offline registration will start from June 5.
The eight centres for offline registration are Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, Dyal Singh College, Gargi College, Maharaja Agrasen College, PGDAV College, Rajdhani College, Shyam Lal College, and Sri Guru Gobind Singh College.
The admission process is for 54,000 seats in 61 colleges. The first cut-offs will be released on June 25.
