New Delhi, Sep 27 (IANS) Principal Secretary to the Kerala Government L. Radhakrishnan has been appointed as the chairman of the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, a shipping ministry statement said here Monday.
Radhakrishnan, a 1984-batch officer of the Indian Administrative Service has been given the new assignment for a term of five years with effect from the date he assumes his charge, the ministry added.
Radhakrishnan is presently the principal secretary in the Kerala power department.
