Mumbai, Oct 22 (Inditop.com) In a major upset, Shiv Sena’s Leader of Opposition Ramdas Kadam lost to the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) in the Maharashtra assembly elections Thursday.
Kadam lost the Guhagar constituency in Konkan to NCP’s Bhaskar Jadhav by a margin of over 11,000 votes.
