New Delhi, July 21 (IANS) BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya has been asked to coordinate between the party organisation and the BJP parliamentary party, a party leader said.
“Feeling the need for better synergy between the party organisation and the parliamentary party, BJP president Amit Shah has given this responsibility to Vijayvargiya,” a senior BJP leader told IANS.
This is for the first time that such an arrangement has been made by the party chief.
In a recent reshuffle of those in charge of state party units, Shah appointed Vijayvargiya as in-charge of West Bengal.
Vijayvargiya on Tuesday met senior BJP leaders in parliament on the opening day of the monsoon session.
