Bopanna and Coetzee dispatched Belgium’s Christophe and Olivier Rochus 6-2, 6-1 here Wednesday.
Bopanna and Coetzee are next up against third-seeded Spaniards Marc Lopez and Tommy Robredo who were stretched to three sets by Italians Simone Bolelli and Andreas Seppi before winning 3-6, 6-3, 10-7 in the first round.
