Chennai, Sep 2 (IANS) Local lad Mohit Mayur and Andhra?s Rishab Agarwal moved into the final of the boys singles with straight-set victories over Garvit Batra (Delhi) and Suraj R Prabodh (Karnataka) in the MCC-Adidas National claycourt junior tennis championship here Friday.

The girls singles final will be between Shweta C Rana of Delhi who beat ninth seed Sneha Devi Reddy (Maharashtra) 6-3, 6-2, and Eeetee Mehta (Gujarat), a 7-5, 7-5, winner over Rishika Sunkara of Delhi.

Girls singles (semi-finals): Shweta C Rana (Del) bt 9-Sneha Devi Reddy (Mah) 6-3, 6-2; 13-Eetee Mehta (Guj) bt Rishika Sunkara (Del) 7-5, 7-5.

Boys singles (semi-finals): Mohit Mayur Jayaprakash (TN) bt Garvit Batra (Del) 6-2, 6-1; Rishab Agarwal (AP) bt Suraj R Prabodh (Kar) 6-2, 6-2.

Girls doubles (final): 1-Rishika Sunkara (Del) / Sowjanya Bavisetti (AP) bt 2-Amritha Mukerjee (WB) / C Sai Samitha (TN) 6-1, 6-2.

Boys doubles (final): Vinod Gowda (Kar) / Saurab Singh (Del) w/o Vishwesh Sinha (Mah) / Yash Deshpande (Mah).
