Mumbai, July 3 (IANS) The Indian cricket board’s disciplinary committee, which will look into the charges slapped on suspended Indian Premier League (IPL) chairman Lalit Modi, has been reconstituted with Jyotiraditya Scindia replacing Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president Shashank Manohar in the three-member panel.

The decision was taken at the board’s Special General Meeting here Saturday.

Scindia is president of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association. The other members of the discipline panel are Arun Jaitley and new IPL chairman Chirayu Amin.

Manohar pulled himself out of proceedings after Modi levelled countercharges against him and BCCI secretary N. Srinivasan and asked them to recuse themselves from hearing charges against him.
