Within hours of the deadly attack in New Orleans that resulted in 10 casualties, the FBI identified the suspect as 42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar from Texas. Jabbar’s truck, which bore an ISIS flag, and the incident setup FBI’s investigation into his affiliations with terrorist organizations. Multiple potential IEDs were also located.
