Mogadishu, April 21 (IANS) Ten people were killed in a car explosion at the entrance of a busy restaurant in Somalia’s capital Mogadishu while scores of others were injured, police said.

Police officer Mahad Mohamed told Xinhua news agency at the scene that the car exploded at the entrance of a busy restaurant, which is barely 50 metres away from the Central Hotel which was the scene of another deadly attack in February which killed at least 20 people.
