London, June 25 (IANS) Aspiring British model-dancer Hayley Crook was found dead in her parent’s home in Hampshire.
Her body was discovered in her bed by her boyfriend June 17. The cause of her death is still unknown. An inquest into her death has been opened by North East Hampshire coroner Andrew Bradley. He was told a post-mortem examination had failed to find the cause of death. He ordered further tests and adjourned the hearing until August, reports dailymail.co.uk.
‘We were called to the house by the ambulance service. We have conducted an investigation into her death but there are no suspicious circumstances,’ said a police official.
Crook, 23, a London Studio Centre graduate, appeared as a model for St Tropez, Wella haircare and also walked the ramp for the label Miss Sixty and the lingerie firm Ann Summers.
Her parents Roderic and Deborah Crook, were too upset to talk, so friends left tributes on social networking websites.
‘Saddened by the sudden loss of Hayley Crook. Rest with the angels my sweety… To everyone who is dealing with this, may you all stay strong and come together as one,’ fellow model Daniel Bullen posted on the social networking site Facebook.
Musician Steve Blythe posted: ‘Devastated. The world is a poorer place. Lost for words. Love you Hayley. Miss you always.’
